i love the fact that flowers come from…

i love the fact that flowers come from my country Ecuador. I tried to write a message for my future daughter-in-law to go with the roses, but the system did not allow it. So, there will be no message with the flowers. That is a pity. I may be biased, but I believe that the Ecuadorian roses are the most beautiful in the world, so I am looking forward to this delivery.

Disappointed doesn’t even cover it…

To say I was disappointed is putting it mildly. I paid $90 for a beautifully full bouquet for a Mother’s Day gift but beautiful and full are not words I’d use to describe what was received. As it is stated in the enclosed literature I let a few days pass before passing my final judgement but the flowers never came close to what I thought I had purchased. The flowers were wilted, some were dead and they never “perked up” from when they arrived. I would have done better buying a bouquet from the grocery store. Needless to say, I will never buy from Bouqs again and would not recommend their services to other.

Delivery Issues for Mothers Day

I ordered five bouquets for family members for Mothers Day 2021, all with a delivery date of Friday. One arrived on Thursday, one on Friday, one on Saturday, and two were delivered four days after that. I could have understood if there had been weather issues (there weren't any) or if these were to far flung destinations (there were all within 10 miles of one another), but that wasn't the case. I texted the company with my complaint after two were not delivered by Mother's Day, and they generously offered a credit for the two. But I counted on delivery on time--this is a special day--and a credit, while it will be used for a future order--is not what I wanted.

The flowers were beautiful

The flowers were beautiful. Just a bit of disappointment because I'd ordered Sweet Lavendar but apparently there was none! The replacement bouquet was beautiful but my heart was set on Sweet Lavender and that wonderful and lovely aroma. I've ordered Sweet Lavendar for my second Bouqs delivery and I'm hoping to get it this time.

I was not able to use promo code. Shopped for flowers under $50. And they were over $81. Without a vase.

I'm content with The Bouqs Co.

I'm content with The Bouqs Co. Their flowers are fresh and the prices are reasonable. They run regular promotions (GOOD promotions!) which also help make the bottom line more manageable. In sum, a good company and a good product. Their customer service pleased me too. Tiffanie B. and Jan N. were quick to respond, courteous and engaged. They quickly understood and assessed the issue, saw a solution we'd both be happy with, and made it happen. I greatly appreciate them and their work with me. Thank you, Tiffanie and Jan.

I placed two orders

I placed two orders. One order was a very good experience with beautiful flowers and the second order was very disappointing due to flowers being completely wilted and not the flowers I chose. I do not know if the error is the responsibility of The Bouq Company or the delivery service, this makes it difficult to give an honest review. I did place an order about a year ago that was favorable so I hope this was a delivery error. This is why I gave a neutral 3 star review.
